FLORIDA FAMILY PLANNERS (3).png

Whether you're contemplating marriage or are already married,

pre and post nuptial agreements are contracts that

pre-plan the division of your property + debts, set or waive alimony obligations, & can serve to provide for children of previous relationships in the event of a divorce.

See below our à la carte services:

PREPARE PRE NUPTIAL

AGREEMENT

If you're contemplating getting married & interested in pre-planning with your future spouse what assets and/or debts are to be considered separate or joint in the event of a divorce, a prenup is for you. We will draft a prenup customized to your family dynamics, needs, and wants.

PREPARE POST NUPTIAL

AGREEMENT

If you're already married, intend to remain married, & are interested in pre-planning with your spouse what assets and/or debts are to be considered separate or joint in the event of divorce, a postnup is for you. We will draft a postnup customized to your family dynamics, needs, and wants.

REVIEW ANY TYPE

OF SPOUSAL

AGREEMENT

If your future spouse has presented you with a pre-nuptial agreement or your current spouse presented you with a post-nuptial agreement, we will review these agreements with you and assist you in negotiations to ensure the terms are fair and reasonable as to you. Alternatively, if you have already signed a pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreement and would like to review your rights under the agreement in anticipation of a separation or divorce, we will assist with this.

Spousal agreements are great resources that provide transparency of expectations among the parties; as well as serve to limit disagreements + save money in the event of divorce because you have already pre-planned for most of the terms of the divorce- thereby reducing or eliminating the need to litigate a divorce.
